The UK Society of Chinese Lawyers (UKSCL) is an international, bilateral society open to members of the legal profession and those who are involved in the procurement of legal services in the UK, Far East to include China, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore etc who are in the UK.
An association was established in 2002 by Dr Xiaojiu Zhu and Linna Li aiming to build a platform for legal professions in the UK and China with the name of Association of Chinese (UK) Lawyers. At the 10th anniversary the name was formally changed to the current UK Society of Chinese Lawyers – in Chinese英中律师协会.
We also welcome other professionals who are closely associated with legal services such as accountants, bankers and legal academics.
